The purpose of this EEO Public File Report ("Report") is to comply with  Section 73.2080-c(6) of the FCC's 2002 EEO Rule.  This Report has been prepared on behalf of the Station Employment Unit that is comprised of the following stations: WPPA / WAVT in Pottsville, Pennsylvania and is required to be placed in the public inspection files of these

stations, and posted on their websites, if they have websites.

The information contained in this Report covers the time period beginning

April 1, 2009 to and including March 31, 2010.  (the "Applicable Period").

WPPA / WAVT had 0 (No) full-time positions to fill during the past year

April 1, 2009 to March 31, 2010

We have had NO groups ask to be notified regarding job availability

(We regularly advertise that this notification is available)

Outreach efforts as follows:

1WPPA / WAVT produced/hosted a radio career information day on March 12, 2010

Held at Fairlane Village Mall in Pottsville, PA

Event staffed by WPPA/WAVT staff

2Tours of WPPA / WAVT offices and studios

Tours given by a person in the news dept.

Children and Adult groups toured our facility

Groups are told about job opportunities

3Argie D. Tidmore conducted an EEO meeting with management on March 10, 2010

4We have openings for internships throughout the year.

5Members of our staff give speeches about the radio industry and jobs in radio to the Chamber leadership class as well as other groups who request a speaker.
